TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By paying your deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below between you and Beat Travel Private Limited (A 244, Raghav Marg, Hanuman Nagar, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur 302021, India; Company Number: U63040RJ2006PTC022463), incorporated under the laws of India and henceforth referred to as “India Beat.” Any claim or dispute related to these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Jaipur, India.

Payment
Your itinerary will be booked upon receipt of the deposit, subject to availability at the time of payment. This deposit consists of a minimum of 50% of the refundable elements and 100% of the non-refundable items*. Non-refundable items—such as flights, hotels, and other third-party services—are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant providers. India Beat is not liable for third-party cancellations or amendments.
The final payment of the full trip cost is due 120 days prior to the departure date. Payments should be made via bank transfer or credit card. India Beat is not responsible for bank charges. If the final payment is not received by the due date, India Beat reserves the right to release your reservations and treat the trip as cancelled, subject to standard cancellation fees. Costs and availability may fluctuate due to exchange rate changes until full payment is received and India Beat has settled outstanding expenses.

Cancellation Fees
If you cancel your trip 120 days or more before the departure date*, 25% of the total trip cost at the time of cancellation is non-refundable.
The following cancellation fees apply:
• From 120 to 91 days before departure: 50% of the trip price is non-refundable.
• From 90 days before departure: 100% of the trip price is non-refundable.

If cancellation terms are adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. government restrictions, pandemics, natural disasters), you will be notified by email and the updated policy will apply.
India Beat reserves the right to cancel your trip if it is deemed unsafe or if the quality of the experience is significantly compromised. This may include events such as political disruption, civil unrest, or strikes. In such cases, India Beat will refund all refundable items but cannot guarantee reimbursement for non-refundable third-party services.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method. India Beat cannot issue refunds to alternative accounts and is not responsible for any related administrative or banking charges.

Pricing and Changes to Your Trip
Pricing and payments may be quoted in any currency, as determined by India Beat. Prices are calculated based on prevailing exchange rates and may change until full payment is received.
Changes made by you or caused by third parties may incur additional charges, which must be paid at the time of re-booking. India Beat will inform you of any additional costs in advance and will endeavour to minimise price adjustments. Requested changes are subject to approval and must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.

Limitation of Liability
India Beat acts solely as a booking agent and assumes no liability for:
• Negligence of third parties or travellers;
• Actions or failures of any third-party providers.
India Beat is not responsible for the validity of the traveller’s documents or their health condition. Travellers must inform India Beat of any medical or dietary requirements that may impact participation. India Beat is not liable for access to or quality of medical services during travel, and travellers are advised to confirm their insurance coverage accordingly.
India Beat shall not be held liable for disruption due to political events, demonstrations, or strikes that affect transport, access, or the delivery of services. Every effort will be made to adjust itineraries in response, but refunds or compensation are not guaranteed for disruptions beyond India Beat’s control.
Although India Beat makes every effort to work with reputable suppliers, it cannot guarantee the quality of third-party services.
India Beat strongly recommends that travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, delays, medical expenses, and political disruption.

Privacy
India Beat only shares client information with service providers where necessary for booking purposes. Personal data will never be sold or shared outside of these parameters.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions
India Beat may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in the law, our business practices, or operational requirements. The latest version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

Definitions
• Trip: The itinerary arranged and confirmed by India Beat, not including international flights to/from the departure location.
• Traveller(s): Any person assuming financial or personal risk associated with the itinerary.
• Departure Date: The scheduled start date of the trip with India Beat, not the date the traveller begins international travel.
