India Beat loves working with Peta Mathias.

Peta’s fascinating book on India, ‘Hot Pink Spice Saga’ – an Indian culinary travelogue with recipes gives a taste of what happens on the tour, accompanied by fabulous photographs by Julie leClerc. It was awarded the Best Culinary Travel Book in NZ at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2017.

In the video below Peta introduces her fascinating culinary group tour of Tamil Nadu. Next year Peta will be leading a tour around Rajasthan though if you are inspired by Peta’s Southern India route we would be delighted to design a bespoke itinerary for you.
